         ORDERS & DELIVERY: 
Installation only:
We are happy to install your own chosen Stove. Just send details or link of the Stove. 

Orders:
Once your order has been placed, if your chosen Stove is in stock, your order will be despatched within 7 - 10 working days.
We will send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.

Pallet Deliveries:
Your delivery is technically `kirbside` you will need some extra help to carry the Stove into your house. The driver will    have a pallet barrow which cannot navigate steps or rough surfaces. The driver will wheel your Stove to your first step.
Delivery will be by a large tail lift truck - 
If there may be a potential access problem getting to your address we must be informed beforehand. 

INSTALLATION & DELIVERY:
If fireplace-installers are installing your new Stove we will deliver your Stove on your installation date with no delivery charge.
